North American Telugu Association is conducting its fourth conference at Pennsylvania Convention Center, a state of the art facility in Philadelphia, PA from July 6th to July 8th 2018. We cordially invite you to participate in the NATA Convention Philadelphia 2018.

Most of the attendees, besides socializing and enjoying cultural programs, they will spend time with various businesses that participate. This year we have an exciting programs planned and will have a business friendly floor plan. Several dignitaries, government officials from state of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and USA are expected to attend this conference. We expect this year's Conference to be very successful with your participation. Preparations for this conference have started a year back for the expected attendance of over ten thousand.

Each exhibitor will select their booth space and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each exhibit space will be provided with a booth (10' x 10' in Size, 8' rear draping and 3'inside draping), one 6'X30" skirted table and two chairs. Each Exhibitor (10’X10’) gets 2 exhibitor passes.
Booth rental fees are payable by check or credit card in US funds only. Full payment must accompany application in order to be assigned exhibit space. NATA has the right to turn away any exhibitor or vendor. If the behavior does not meet with the standards of NATA, the vendor will be removed from floor and their money will not be refunded. Exhibitors are solely responsible for their exhibits, products and their logistics.

Amount once paid cannot be refunded and not transferable to other vendors.
Convention committee has all rights to change the floor plan at any point of time based on circumstances.
NATA or Convention center is not responsible for any kind of theft, loss or damage of your goods. No Insurance will be provided by NATA or Convention Center.
Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining the necessary business licenses, liability insurances and collecting local and state taxes during the convention.
NATA or Convention center is not responsible for any kind of Taxes or permits. Exhibitor must comply with city, state and federal laws and regulations for Exhibiting. NATA is not responsible for any kind of international taxes or permits.
Exhibitors cannot sub-lease their rented booth. Booth dimensions should not modify in any form and should not obstruct the view of other booths.
Exhibit owners will have full responsibility over any kind of damage that caused to the convention center’s property.
Exhibitors are not allowed to sell/display any products other than mentioned category packages in the application.
No open flames are allowed. All exhibitors must adhere to the local fire department regulations. All electrical wiring must meet appropriate safety specifications.
Food/Beverages will be sold only by NATA or designated vendors only.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the NATA Executive office. Cancellations that are received before July 4th, 2018 will be refunded 50% of their payment. Cancellations that are received on July 5th, 2016 and after may not be give any refunds.
Written permission from NATA management is required for offering free gifts to NATA Guests.
Exhibitors and sponsors responsibility to provide their banner as per the NATA specifications.
